Very little. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible for you. We ask that you nominate one person from your team to be the coordinator who will be our point of contact for the logistics of the programme. We will also need to speak with the Breakthrough champion of the programme – for example your CEO, HR Leader, CHRO etc to ensure we can design the outcomes of your programme. Watch the video
